Here we go, with the latest updates from Blackcode Advertising-

• James Cunningham promoted to Leadership April 17.
• Dan Thompson took Adam Grainger, Rose Saunders, Clare Lilley to Innovation Marketing's Rising Stars Meeting in London on Saturday 14th April.
• Blackcode Advertising was one of the top 5 offices in 2011 which meant Dan Thompson got to go to Las Vegas, all expenses paid and stay at the Bellagio Hotel -5th April - 8th April.
• Caitlin Hodgkinson and Matthew Rozzier were both promoted to Leadership on 4th April.

On 18th March 2012, Blackcode Advertising was at Oracle Advertising’s organisational Rising Stars meeting. The day involved listening to great topics from Ali Mir, Dan Thompson, Darren Dunn and other renowned celebrities.

The meeting even celebrated the new success and promotions throughout the organisation. This comprised the ‘Rising Star’ award, which is bestowed in acknowledgment of hard work, success and development.

Blackcode Advertising is proud to have picked up Karina Berry as their ‘Rising Star’. Karina has been doing a great job in the office; she has mastered the sales and is training and developing some great people too.

There is no doubt of Karina and her team’s future success, and the company expects to see much more from her in the future!

Blackcode at Rising Star ‘Game Changers’ Meeting!

Karina Berry and Michael Warren of Blackcode Advertising were selected to attend the Appco Group Rising Stars ‘Game Changers’ Meeting. The meeting was hosted by Mike Blane and was for specially selected Leaders from across the UK, who have been viewed as core members of the business and are set for great success.

There were great speakers with fantastic topics including Blackcode Advertising's Ieuan Roberts who now runs Revolution Marketing Int Ltd in Maidstone. Other elequant spekers at the meeting were are listed below and the topics they spoke on:

Monday March 12 to Friday March 16 - Michael Warren, Christopher Bishop and Caitlin Hodgkinson spent the week at Nick Rees' office R1 Global in Northampton

Wednesday March 14- Karina Berry and Michael Warren attended the 'Game Changers' Rising Star's meeting at head office in London.

Thursday March 15 - Dan Thompson took Dan Rees and Matthew Rozzier to visit Head Office

Thursday March 15 - Polish Rally

Saturday March 17 - Oracle Rising Stars meeting in Manchester at the Hilton Hotel.

PS- Here's something for the week after the next; Thursday March 29 is the date scheduled for the British Heart Foundation Training!

An update of the happenings at Blackcode Advertising, a follow up of what we had said in our last post:

• The Roadtrip to Hertfordshire that we had talked about in the last post is all set to happen...
• Dan Thompson and Karina Berry went to First Utilities Rising Stars Meeting last Saturday 18th February
• Dan Thompson is attending the Tuscan Owners Meeting 25th -26th February.
• Joseph Sheppard and Iustina Anghel both were promoted to Leadership recently.

• Dan Thompson is taking two Leaders --Michael Warren and Daniel Rees to

         Dublin tomorrow for the weekend. They will be visiting offices and
         hanging out with VP's.

• 10 FR's are going to the Hertfordshire area next week for a sales roadtrip! 

Blackcode Advertising team awaits for Rising Stars Awards

Blackcode Advertising Ltd awaits for the Rising Stars Awards to be held at Hilton Metropole in Birmingham, NEC on Staurday 25^th.

The whole office will be attending the event and someone will be receiving the Rising Star Award from Blackcode Advertising. The award will be given in recognition for High Performance in Sales, for being an exceptional Example and Leader in the Office, for always going the extra mile and someone who has the potential to be the next Owner.
